Application Details

• Pre-register for IMM for a discounted rate.

Application Requirements: All applicants will submit an online application + non-refundable $25 application fee.

• PRACTICING MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS, PRE-GRADUATE STUDENTS, GRADUATE STUDENTS & RECENT GRADS: Applicant will provide information on their medical practice/profession or the path applicant is pursuing.

• STUDENTS: IMM is opening its doors to High School and Undergraduate Students! Please see the additional requirements below.

  • Junior or Senior in High School:

    • Must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who is also a practicing medical professional. This is a wonderful opportunity for a parent or legal guardian to experience a medical mission together with their child. Parent or legal guardian must also submit an application.

    • Student must submit a one-page double spaced paper sharing why student would like to attend IMM.

  • Undergraduate Students:

    • Student must submit a one-page double spaced paper sharing why student would like to attend IMM.

• Administrators: Administrators help with non-medical tasks like set-up and takedown, preparing lunches, and registration stations at on medical camp days. We are looking for a few type-A, project management individuals that love organization and have a heart to serve!

Interview Dates January 15, 2026 - February 14, 2026

Each applicant will interview with the IMM Team. The purpose of interviews are to properly set expectations for the IMM experience and to get to know the applicant better to assess if this is a good fit. This is not a vacation! If chosen, you will be working hard serving anywhere from 100-400 people a day. It’s important to us that we bring a well-rounded team ready to learn, serve and grow.

IMM TEAM MEMBER SCHEDULE

• November 1, 2025-December 31, 2025: Apply for IMM during Pre-registration dates to secure a discounted rate

• January 1, 2026- January 31, 2025: Last chance to apply for IMM at an increased price!

• October 1, 2025 - February 14, 2026: Interview with IMM Executive Team (virtualor in-person) on a first-come first-serve basis.

• February 15, 2026: Announce IMM Team Members

• March 7, 2026: First Payment Due (50% of the total cost)

• March 7, 2026: IMM Team Meeting #1 (virtual or in-person): Review Team Documents & Health Education Curriculum

• April 4, 2026: Second Payment Due (remaining balance of the total cost)

• April 4, 2026: IMM Team Meeting #2 (virtual or in-person): Review Packing List

• May 2, 2026: IMM Team Meeting #3 (virtual only): Apply for Visa

• June 6, 2026: IMM Team Meeting #4 (virtual only): Review Schedule /Visa Deadline

• DATES TBA: Team Members participate in the 2026 India Medical Mission!
