Application Details

Application Requirements: All applicants will submit an online application + non-refundable $25 application fee.

  • STUDENTS: Undergraduate and Graduate Students are encouraged to apply. Please see the additional requirements below.

    • Undergraduate Students:

      • Student must submit a one-page double spaced paper sharing why student would like to attend IMM.

  • MEDICAL PROVIDERS: Practicing Medical Providers are invited to apply.

  • NON-MEDICAL VOLUNTEERS (“NMVs”): NMVs help with non-medical tasks like set-up and takedown, preparing lunches, and registration stations at on medical camp days. We are looking for a few type-A, project management individuals that love organization and have a heart to serve! Social Media, photography and videography talent are welcome!

Each applicant will interview with the IMM Team. The purpose of interviews are to properly set expectations for the IMM experience and to get to know the applicant better to assess if this is a good fit. This is not a vacation! If chosen, you will be working hard serving anywhere from 100-400 people a day. It’s important to us that we bring a well-rounded team ready to learn, serve and grow.

IMM TEAM MEMBER SCHEDULE

  • October 1, 2026-January 9, 2027: Register for IMM by submitting your application and non-refundable application fee

  • October 1, 2026 - January 9, 2029: Virtual interview with IMM Executive Team.

  • January 18, 2027: Announce IMM Team Members ($500 deposit due)

  • February 1, 2027: First Payment Due (50% of the total cost)

  • February 6, 2027: IMM Team Meeting #1 (virtual): Review Team Documents, Visa Application, Discuss Health Education Presentation

  • February 13, 2027: IMM Team Meeting #2: (virtual) Present Health Education Presentation Topic

  • February 15, 2027: Second Payment Due (remaining balance due)

  • February 20, 2027: IMM Team Meeting #3 (virtual): Review packing list, Submit Health Education Presentation Outline

  • February 27, 2027: IMM Team Meeting #4 (virtual): Submit Visa and Flight Ticket, Health Education Oral Presentation
